Miami #1, Portland #5. As someone that has lived in both cities, I’m super surprised by this list. Most surprising of all is that 4 of the 10 cities are in Florida.
In any case, it’s nice to see Miami win something nice for a change. Usually the only top lists it gets on are “meanest”, “worst trafficked”, and “most depressing”.
